It was a usual day of skiing at Les Elfes except today we welcomed a huge group of bubbly chattering kids from India. They were vibrant and full of energy, fluttering through the shops in the village, chatting away about how good they will get at skiing soon. While the new ones opted to take rest, the older students went on a torchlight walk through the woods. They turned out to be pretty responsible with handling fire as they walked up sloppy mountains with long torches. As the flames of the torches danced in the wind contrasting the dark sky, I realised that I had never felt more peaceful.
