A segurança é nossa maior prioridade.
Todos os nossos funcionários devem ter um certificado de primeiros socorros válido e uma verificação de registros criminais atualizada antes de iniciar seu treinamento na Les Elfes.
Na Les Elfes, temos uma enorme responsabilidade pela segurança das crianças em todas as atividades.
Ao contrário de muitos acampamentos semelhantes, mais da metade de nossa equipe é contratada para o ano inteiro.
Isso não apenas garante que o padrão de atividades que oferecemos seja consistentemente alto em todos os acampamentos, mas também protege o bem-estar, a segurança e a diversão das crianças.
Muitos de nossos gerentes (gerentes de resort, gerentes de atividades, chefe de logística e manutenção, chefs de cozinha…) trabalham conosco há mais de 10 anos e estão bem equipados para garantir a segurança de seus filhos.
A manutenção de uma equipe central de funcionários que trabalha todos os anos com os mesmos grupos nos permite criar um repertório com as escolas e com seus alunos para oferecer um serviço melhor e uma experiência melhor.
Equipe
Cada acampamento é supervisionado por um gerente de resort e um gerente de atividades.
Les Elfes administra os acampamentos com todo o pessoal adequado, incluindo animadores, equipe de cozinha, enfermeira, guarda noturno, equipe de limpeza, motoristas particulares…
Organização
A proporção de conselheiro para aluno é de 1:7, no entanto, ao incluir toda a equipe da Les Elfes (cozinha, motoristas, limpeza, agentes de reserva…), a proporção cai para 1:2, garantindo que sempre haja um par de olhos cuidando de seus filhos.
Todos os nossos conselheiros foram cuidadosamente selecionados de acordo com os critérios da Les Elfes para habilidades e experiência em trabalhar com crianças e todas as atividades devem passar por uma avaliação de risco completa.
Além disso, a Les Elfes contrata guias de montanha especializados para atividades que exigem mais atenção para garantir a segurança (escalada em rocha, balanço de ponte…).
Supervisão
SUPERVISÃO DA EQUIPE
Nossos gerentes de atividades supervisionam o trabalho dos conselheiros e instrutores do acampamento durante todo o dia.
No inverno, todos os nossos instrutores de esqui e snowboard são credenciados pela Escola de Esqui Suíça oficial e, no verão, cada instrutor é especializado nos diferentes esportes oferecidos em Les Elfes.
SUPERVISÃO DE CRIANÇAS
Todos os nossos acampamentos de primavera, acampamentos de verão e acampamentos de inverno contam com uma enfermeira, uma recepcionista e um guarda noturno, o que, juntamente com o trabalho de nossos conselheiros, nos permite oferecer supervisão 24 horas às crianças.
O transporte pelo resort é feito por meio de nossas minivans particulares para mais de 8 pessoas, dirigidas pela equipe de motoristas da Les Elfes.
A equipe da cozinha também está presente para preparar refeições balanceadas e variadas para as crianças e atender a quaisquer restrições ou alergias alimentares que os campistas possam ter.

Semanas de treinamento
Todos os nossos novos funcionários de verão e inverno passam por um curso de treinamento de duas semanas antes do início de cada temporada, combinando uma semana de treinamento técnico e uma semana para aprender e se familiarizar com a filosofia da Les Elfes.
Nosso treinamento para cada temporada inclui um curso de atualização de primeiros socorros, treinamento de salva-vidas, segurança contra incêndio, conscientização sobre proteção infantil e treinamento em nossos procedimentos operacionais padrão e planos de ação de emergência.
No inverno, todos os nossos instrutores de esqui e snowboard possuem qualificações relevantes para o ensino de esqui e snowboard e são credenciados pela Verbier Swiss Ski School oficial após uma semana de treinamento e avaliação com um de seus instrutores.
Nosso treinamento de verão inclui treinamento intensivo em nossas principais atividades, incluindo: orientação e segurança nas montanhas, escalada em rocha, mountain bike e atividades aquáticas.
Também contratamos guias de montanha específicos com qualificações de ensino e liderança em algumas dessas áreas para garantir que os campistas não apenas tirem o melhor proveito de suas atividades e aprendam com a equipe, mas também estejam seguros durante todo o tempo.
Medidas diárias
Durante todo o ano, seja esquiando ou praticando snowboard no inverno ou andando de mountain bike e escalando rochas no verão, os alunos participam do que chamamos de atividades que contêm certos elementos de risco.
Portanto, temos procedimentos rigorosos para garantir que, durante essas atividades, os campistas sejam expostos ao menor risco possível.
Para garantir isso, asseguramos que nossa equipe seja totalmente qualificada e bem treinada de acordo com a época do ano.
Independentemente da época do ano, o dia sempre começa com uma reunião para identificar esses riscos.
No inverno, há muitas coisas a serem consideradas ao analisar esses pontos.
Temos plena consciência da enorme responsabilidade de cuidar dos alunos e estamos totalmente concentrados em seu bem-estar.
Dito isso, em caso de doença ou acidente, estamos a poucos minutos de ajuda profissional de primeira classe, com três clínicas médicas diretamente na vila e um hospital acessível de carro em 30 minutos.

VERIFICAÇÃO DO CLIMA

O gerente do resort se reúne com o gerente de atividades e o chefe de logística para verificar o clima do dia e confirmar as atividades. A enfermeira também verifica todas as crianças e adolescentes que estão doentes ou machucados e decide levá-los ao médico, enviá-los para a atividade ou deixá-los no campus para descansar.

REUNIÃO DE INSTRUTORES E CHECAGEM DE ENFERMAGEM
Cada instrutor se reúne com o gerente de atividades e faz um balanço do dia. São discutidos eventos como acidentes, doenças, problemas entre alunos, níveis de habilidades e atmosfera geral do grupo. Em seguida, a enfermeira faz uma última verificação dos campistas para garantir que todos estão sendo bem tratados.
EM CASO DE EMERGÊNCIA
São realizadas avaliações de risco para cada atividade.
Temos três clínicas médicas atualizadas em Verbier e ambos os campi têm acesso a um hospital regional e a dois hospitais universitários a 40 e 75 minutos de carro.

Skiing/Snowboarding
From early December to the end of April, Verbier transforms into a winter paradise. Les Elfes International offers the ultimate winter camp experience directly at the foot of the slopes. Campers enjoy unparalleled skiing and snowboarding adventures on over 400 km of meticulously groomed trails. With breathtaking alpine scenery, Verbier provides a winter wonderland for enthusiasts of all skill levels.
Paragliding (offered as an extra)
Take to the skies with the paragliding experience offered by Les Elfes International as an extra activity. Enjoy a tandem flight with experienced paragliding professionals, making it accessible and safe for all ages. Soar above the alpine landscapes, enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the stunning scenery. Whether you're an adventure enthusiast or a first-timer, paragliding provides an unforgettable experience during winter and summer camp programs.
Mont Fort (3,300m)
Experience the unique views from Mont Fort, standing at 3,300 meters. Les Elfes International will bring campers here to marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the Swiss Alps. It's a perfect spot for photos and to appreciate the grandeur of nature. While we don't ski down from this peak, the scenic journey and stunning surroundings make it a must-visit destination during both winter and summer camps.
Horse Riding
Saddle up for a horse riding adventure with horse stables located directly on the Les Elfes campus. At Les Elfes International summer camps, students can learn to ride a horse, practice jumps, and experience the thrill of running with horses. Suitable for riders of all levels, this activity is offered as an optional sport during summer day camps and summer overnight programs.
Football Pitch
Directly At camp, enjoy the Les Elfes’well-maintained football pitch, perfect for friendly matches and practice sessions. Campers gather their friends to enjoy the game amidst the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps. It's an excellent way to stay active and play outdoors during free time.
Volleyball Pitch
Serve, spike, and volley at Les Elfes campus’ dedicated volleyball pitch. Ideal for casual games and competitive matches, the volleyball pitch offers a fantastic way to engage in some fun physical activity while enjoying the fresh mountain air at our summer camp in Verbier.
Basketball Court
Shoot hoops and improve basketball skills at the outdoor court provided by Les Elfes International. Whether teens are practicing dribbling or organizing a full-court game, the basketball court provides a great venue for some energetic play.
Trampoline
Bounce to new heights on the safe and fun trampolines at camp. Perfect for kids and teens alike, this activity offers endless fun and is a great way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.
Ping Pong
At the Les Elfes’s ping pong tables, campers can challenge their friends to a game of ping pong at our outdoor and indoor tables. The facilities at Les Elfes International provide a fun and competitive environment for all participants of our summer camp.
Rock Climbing
Campers at Les Elfes will test their strength and agility with rock climbing sessions designed for various skill levels. From beginners to experienced climbers, everyone can enjoy the thrill of scaling new heights in a safe and controlled environment at camp. Rock climbing activities are supervised not only by Les Elfes summer camp staff but also by professional mountain guides, ensuring the highest level of safety and expertise.
Private Les Elfes Buses
At Les Elfes international summer camp, students travel in comfort and safety with our private buses, which provide transportation for all excursions. Les Elfes buses are driven by a team of 6 professional drivers, taking campers to all activities.
Lake Geneva
Lake Geneve offers a world of water fun. Located only 1-hour from the Les Elfes Campus, the lake offers campers a range of activities such as tubing on the Les Elfes private boat, banana boating, and water sliding. Perfect for cooling off on a hot day, these water sports are a hit with all age groups and add a splash of excitement to children’s stay with Les Elfes International.
W Hotel
While children enjoy their winter or summer camp, parents can relax at the W Hotel of Verbier, enjoying exclusive rates arranged for Les Elfes International families. This elegant accommodation offers top-notch amenities, fine dining, and quick access to our campus, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
Golf Course
As the snow melts and ski slopes disappear, the stunning golf course of Verbier emerges, offering a new kind of outdoor fun. At Les Elfes International, kids & teens can perfect their swing on manicured greens and practice at the driving range. This nearby golf course provides challenging holes and breathtaking alpine views, making it a must-visit for golf enthusiasts at camp. While all campers will get to experience golfing on sports day, Les Elfes international also offers the possibility to follow additional private courses for those whishing to perfect their golfing skills .
Bridge Swing
During Les Elfes summer camps, older campers experience the ultimate thrill with the bridge swing adventure. Young adults challenge their fears by jumping off a bridge and swinging through the air, enjoying a rush of adrenaline and spectacular views. Ropes Course

Different ropes courses are available for campers of all levels, with some located directly in Verbier while others offer various exercises just a 40-minute drive away. Mountain Biking
Explore scenic trails on mountain bikes provided by Les Elfes International, suitable for all levels of riders. All students attending Les Elfes summer camps must pass a mountain bike test before heading to the mountain. Beginners will have the opportunity to learn a new sport while remaining on safe terrain under the supervision of our staff. Kids and teens alike get to discover the natural beauty of the area as they pedal through diverse terrains, from gentle paths to rugged trails. With the Labyrinth activity, Les Elfes youngest campers get lost in fun. This interactive maze is a favorite among young adventurers, offering a mix of challenge and excitement as they navigate their way through twists and turns while looking for a hidden chest.
Hiking

Conveniently located within a 10-minute walking distance from Les Elfes International campus in Verbier, the supermarket offers a wide range of products for all daily needs. Les Elfes camps provide flexi-time before dinner, allowing kids to stroll through the village and visit the local supermarket. Here, they often buy chocolates or souvenirs for their families, adding a touch of exploration and cultural immersion to their camp experience.
Medical Facilities Next to Campus
For peace of mind, three top-quality medical facilities are conveniently located in the village of Verbier. Les Elfes International guests have quick and easy access to healthcare services, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay. In the event of more serious injuries, the hospital is situated just a short 30-minute drive away. Additionally, Les Elfes Camp’s nurse is available every day to check on any kids with illnesses, providing additional care and support throughout their stay.

Imagine doing mountain bike or hiking and being served a hot lunch directly on top of the mountain? Les Elfes International, benefits from a unique privatized restaurant directly at 2’200m altitude. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal during a day of adventure.
4 Valleys Resort
Explore the expansive 4 Vallées Resort, boasting an impressive 400 km of slopes. Verbier, recognized as the world’s best ski resort, offers unparalleled skiing and snowboarding experiences for all levels. As part of the Les Elfes International program, students have access to these exceptional slopes along with stunning mountain scenery. Each morning, Les Elfes buses conveniently transport students to the bottom of the lift, just a short 2-minute ride away. From there, students learn how to ski with their instructor while enjoying their day exploring the wide variety of slopes that Verbier and the other 4 interconnected resorts have to offer. It's a seamless and convenient way to access some of the best skiing and snowboarding terrain in the world.
Dam Visit
During summer scamp, kids also have the opportunity to take an educational and scenic tour of the nearby dam with Les Elfes International. Learn about its engineering marvels and enjoy the breathtaking views, making it a fascinating excursion for all ages.
Sport Center
The Sport Center is just a short distance from the Les Elfes campus, making it convenient for campers to access during their free time. With state-of-the-art facilities and a variety of sports programs, guests can stay active and engaged throughout their stay. From swimming pools to huge Omnisport hall and tennis courts to squash courts, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
